The Finance Transformation Programme’s (FTP) Expense Management System project is progressing well and, with support from wider University user groups, a more user-friendly system is being developed.  

This is paving the way for Finance and all University staff to operate in a more digital environment, which is even more so a necessity in our current circumstances.  

Where possible, the team is continuing their work in developing and refining the new system to ensure it fully meets the University's needs and the roll-out to pilot departments will commence in September.  

If any departments are interested in testing the new system prior to the pilot starting in September then please contact Michelle Bond, Interim Head of Financial Systems, via email.
