The Finance Transformation Programme’s (FTP) Discovery Phase ended in December and the team is now in a position to share the findings.
The Discovery Phase was designed to help us understand how Finance operates and to guide on how we can transform processes and systems to better support the University.
John Galvin, Head of the Finance Business Transformation programme, said: “We’d like to thank everyone who participated and are delighted to now share the findings during three feedback sessions in early March, where we will also outline next steps. This will include establishing a number of work streams during the next couple of months to evaluate best practice and take this work forward.”
Those who were involved in an FTP workshop or World Café have been invited directly, however anyone interested in the development of the programme is also welcome to attend. We will hold an additional session if all spaces fill up quickly and further people would like to attend.
