To alleviate some of the problems experienced by academic and academic related appointments when relocating to Cambridge for the first time, the University has introduced a scheme where subject to certain conditions; it would make a contribution towards the capital cost of purchasing a property.


Details of the scheme are available from the Director of HR.

Tax implications

This is classed as a taxable benefit as the University holds a share of the equity in the property and is effectively providing accommodation to the employee. Please contact Head of Payroll.
