• Yes - Do not continue with this form.
  In order to get tax clearance, please send an email to the tax team: FD3@admin.cam.ac.uk [2] providing the below details:

• Supplier name and supplier number (if already on CUFS)
• Company House reference number (if applicable)
• Supplier’s website (if any)

    And attach a copy of the quote/document supporting agreed terms and condition.
