Finance Division

What is PCI?

In order for the University to carry out financial transactions involving the acceptance of payment cards (credit and debit) we have to comply with standards as laid down by the Payment Card Industry Board (PCI).

Staff who deal with accepting and storing customer card data are required to complete annual PCI Compliance training.

Online training

PCI Compliance training (incluing annual refresher training) is be delivered online and can be accessed using the link below.

* Members of staff without a Raven ID and password should provide us with their details using this email in order to be set up for the training.

Quick reference guide

There is a quick reference guide available to go with the online training, which can be accessed below

    Notes for line managers
